AI Summarization
The AI meeting summarization tool is designed to save time spent documenting conversations with patients, allowing you to spend more time with them or on yourself.
How to use the AI?
Section titled “How to use the AI?”- On the home screen, you will see a ‘Record New Conversation’ button. Once you click it, enter the relevant conversation details and proceed to the next step.
- Another option is by navigating to: Patient Profile > Add Summary > Record Conversation/Upload Conversation.
- After uploading the audio file, it will take a few minutes to process the conversation into a summary.
- Once the process is complete, you will receive a notification that the file is ready, and you can view your summary. To see the transcript of the conversation, click the ‘Show Transcript’ button.
- If the summary is not to your liking, you can edit it before approval. The summary will be entered into the patient’s profile at the time the meeting occurred and will be available for editing or viewing 24/7.
