Schedule

Organize your schedule to help manage your time. If you’ve connected Google Calendar, your external events appear here too — so the schedule reflects your full day rather than just your Dive appointments.

  1. Click on the Schedule tab.

  2. Click on the purple + button.

  3. Add the date, time, and relevant patient’s name.

  4. Click Add to Schedule.

  5. The appointment will appear in your schedule.

  1. Click on the appointment in the schedule.

  2. A window with the appointment details will open.

  3. Click on the Delete Appointment button.

  4. Confirm your choice.

When the Google Calendar integration is connected, events from your work calendar appear alongside your Dive appointments. They’re styled differently — a distinct colour and an external-source label — so you always know which item is a Dive appointment and which is from Google.

Google Calendar events aren’t just informational — click one to start a summary against it. Dive opens the recording screen and links the new summary to that Google event. You can then record live or upload a file as usual.

Stop Dive from creating Google Calendar appointments

Section titled “Stop Dive from creating Google Calendar appointments”

By default, when you create a Dive appointment, Dive also creates a matching event on your Google Calendar (if connected). You can turn this off under Settings > Appointments — flip the Create Google Calendar appointment toggle. Existing appointments are unaffected; only future Dive appointments will skip the Google Calendar sync.

For setup and disconnect instructions, see Google Calendar.
