Personal information
The Personal Information tab in Settings shows the basic details on your Dive account. Today this tab is a read-only view — to make a change, follow the routes below.
What this tab shows
Section titled “What this tab shows”Open Settings > Personal Information to see:
- Full name
- Phone number
These fields can’t be edited from Settings. If any of them is wrong and needs to be changed, contact your organization owner or Dive support.
Changing your password
Section titled “Changing your password”Password changes don’t live in Settings either. To set a new password, use the Forgot password flow from the login page:
- Sign out of Dive (or open the login page in another browser).
- Click Forgot password under the password field.
- Enter your email and follow the link Dive emails you to set a new password.
