Schedule Google Meet appointments in Dive
Once your Google Meet integration is connected, you can create appointments in Dive that come with a Google Meet link automatically. The Dive bot then joins the call at the scheduled time and records it for you — so you can focus on the session without managing the recording yourself.
Create a Google Meet appointment
Section titled “Create a Google Meet appointment”-
Open Schedule and click New appointment.
-
Pick the patient and the time slot.
-
In the meeting type selector, choose Google Meet.
-
Click Create. A Google Meet link is generated and saved to the appointment.
What happens during the meeting
Section titled “What happens during the meeting”When the appointment time arrives, the Dive bot joins the Google Meet call as a participant and records the conversation. You don’t need to start the recording manually — it begins when the bot joins.
Once the call ends (when no one is left in the meeting), the bot stops recording. In your appointment list, the row for that appointment switches to show a Create summary action. Click it to pick a method type and generate the summary, just like any other Dive session.
