Resend confirmation code

When you sign up for Dive, we send a confirmation email so you can verify the address. If the email expired, never arrived, or you closed the tab before finishing, you can request a fresh one from the Verify account page.

  1. Open the verify-account page. You arrive here automatically right after signup, or whenever you try to sign in with an unverified account.

  2. Click Resend mail.

  3. Check your inbox — and the spam folder — for the new email. The previous code is invalidated.

  4. Click the confirmation link in the new email (or enter the code) and continue.

If repeated resends don’t help:

  • Make sure the email isn’t blocked by a corporate spam filter.
  • Confirm you’re using the right inbox (typos in the signup form are common).
  • Reach out to support if it persists.
