Resend confirmation code
When you sign up for Dive, we send a confirmation email so you can verify the address. If the email expired, never arrived, or you closed the tab before finishing, you can request a fresh one from the Verify account page.
Resend the email
Section titled “Resend the email”-
Open the verify-account page. You arrive here automatically right after signup, or whenever you try to sign in with an unverified account.

Click Resend mail.

Check your inbox — and the spam folder — for the new email. The previous code is invalidated.

Click the confirmation link in the new email (or enter the code) and continue.
Still not arriving
Section titled “Still not arriving”If repeated resends don’t help:
- Make sure the email isn’t blocked by a corporate spam filter.
- Confirm you’re using the right inbox (typos in the signup form are common).
- Reach out to support if it persists.
