Notification preferences
The Notifications tab in Settings has a single toggle that controls whether Dive sends you appointment reminder emails. That’s it for now — no per-event categories, no master email switch.
Open notification preferences
Section titled “Open notification preferences”-
Open Settings.

Pick Notifications from the left sidebar.
The toggle
Section titled “The toggle”- Appointment reminder emails — turn on to receive reminder emails before upcoming appointments. Turn off to stop them.
The change saves immediately when you flip the toggle.
