Seat management
Seat management lets the organization owner see how many therapist seats are in use, how many are paid for, and remove or invite new ones. It’s a single screen with stat cards and a member list.
Open seat management
Section titled “Open seat management”-
Open the organization switcher in the top bar and choose Organization settings (or visit the Organization tab directly).

Click Seats.
What the stat cards mean
Section titled “What the stat cards mean”- Total seats – the number of seats your plan currently includes.
- In use – seats currently assigned to active therapists.
- Available –
Total - In use. New invites consume from this.
A progress bar visualises usage so you can spot when you’re close to capacity.
Adding a seat
Section titled “Adding a seat”-
Click Invite therapist.

Enter the therapist’s email and pick their role.

Send the invite. They get an email; once they accept, the seat shows as in-use.

Removing a seat
Section titled “Removing a seat”Find the therapist in the list and click Remove. Their access is revoked immediately. Any clinical content they created stays in the organization – removal is about access, not data deletion.
