Anamnesis
The Anamnesis card is the first stop in an assessment. It’s a dedicated session you record with the patient where you capture history, presenting concerns, developmental milestones, family context, and anything else that frames the rest of the evaluation. Because it’s a recording-based session, you don’t take parallel notes — Dive transcribes and summarizes it, and that summary then feeds into the Create assessment step.
