Feedback session

The Feedback session card is the closing step of an assessment. It’s where you record the session in which you walk the patient (or family) through the findings, discuss recommendations, and agree on next steps. Treating feedback as its own card – rather than mixing it into the assessment document – keeps the assessment focused on findings and the feedback focused on conversation.

  1. From the Assessment tab, click Feedback session.

  2. Click Start recording. Dive records audio and transcribes in the background, exactly like a regular session.

  3. Walk through your findings with the patient. The recording captures the discussion in full so you don’t need to take parallel notes.

  4. When you’re done, stop the recording. A summary is generated automatically.

The feedback summary lives inside the card. You can edit it like any other summary – change phrasing, remove off-topic chatter, add action items.

When you export the assessment, the feedback summary is included by default in a dedicated section. If you’d rather keep it private, you can deselect it in the export dialog.
