Login and passwords
Managing your login and password is essential for keeping your account secure. Get guidance on logging into your account, setting a strong password, and recovering access if something goes wrong.
How to log into my account?
Section titled “How to log into my account?”-
As organization administrators
Section titled “As organization administrators”To log into the system, a username and password are required. You will receive initial username and password from the Dive team for your first login. After logging in once, you will be asked to change the password.

As therapists
Section titled “As therapists”A link will be sent to you leading to the registration page. Fill in all details accurately and clearly. After verifying the details, you will receive an email with a link to confirm the account.
Make sure to choose a password that you will remember but is hard to guess.
Password requirements
Section titled “Password requirements”When you create or change your Dive password, we ask for:
- A minimum of 12 characters.
- A password that’s strong enough — very common or easily guessed passwords are rejected even if they meet the length minimum.
- A password you haven’t used on the account before.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email
Section titled “I didn’t receive my confirmation email”If you didn’t get the confirmation code when signing up — or it expired — you can request a new one.
Trouble signing in?
Section titled “Trouble signing in?”- Make sure caps lock is off.
- Try the Forgot password flow if you’ve lost the password.
- If your account is locked after too many failed attempts, wait a few minutes and try again, or contact support.
