Username and Password

How to log into my account?

As organization administrators
Section titled “As organization administrators”
To log into the system, a username and password are required. You will receive initial username and password from the Dive team for your first login. After logging in once, you will be asked to change the password.

As patients or therapists
Section titled “As patients or therapists”
A link will be sent to you leading to the registration page. Fill in all details accurately and clearly. After verifying the details, you will receive an email with a link to confirm the account.
Make sure to choose a password that you will remember but is hard to guess.
My new password is not working
Section titled “My new password is not working”The password requirements for Dive are:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (., !@#$%)
